How can I tell if my pet is having an emergency?
Signs of an emergency include difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, inability to urinate, and sudden changes in behaviour or consciousness. If you are unsure, please call us immediately.
What type of pets do you treat?
We treat cats, dogs and pocket animals only. For pocket animals, these will include rabbits, hamsters, guinea pigs, chinchillas, and rodents. If you notice your pet is not exhibiting normal behaviour, please give us a call to make an appointment at the soonest.
Can I walk in during an emergency?
While we try to accommodate unexpected pet needs, a surcharge is applied to manage these visits effectively. Emergencies are promptly attended to, while non-critical cases may have a wait time of up to 3 hours. Please inform our staff if your pet is distressed."
Do I have to make an appointment?
We highly recommend scheduling an appointment to minimise wait times, as clients with appointments or emergencies are prioritised. To book, WhatsApp or call us during operating hours. A reminder will be sent before your appointment. If you need to cancel, please let us know in advance.
What if I am late for my appointment?
To ensure smooth operations and proper attention to all scheduled visits, a surcharge is applied to late appointments. Arriving on time allows our vets to dedicate sufficient time to your pet. If you anticipate being late, please let us know so we can adjust our schedule. In some cases, rescheduling or waiting for the next available slot may be necessary.
